【職務内容】
1)お客様の事業部門・DX部門に対して、主に当社のコンサルタントと連携し、新規デジタルサービスのPoC開発、本番開発を実施する。
2)当社の事業部門に対して、ローコード開発の技術支援(標準化、ライブラリ管理等)・アプリ開発実行支援を実施する。
当社のコンサルタント、サービスデザイナー、スクラムマスター等と協力しながら、業界にとらわれずエンジニアリング力を軸に価値を提供していただく仕事です。
また、社内向けには専門家、有識者として、新たな技術獲得やナレッジ等の展開活動にも従事していただきます。

【求める人材】
【必須要件】
■下記の業務を経験していること
・5人以上チームのアプリ開発PL経験
・3年以上の対客経験
・画面基本設計・テーブル設計(ER図、テーブル定義)の経験
・HTML、JS、CSS、SQLの基礎知識
・パブリッククラウド上での環境構築スキル(AWS,GCP,Azure)
□以下のいずれか1つ以上の知識・能力を有すること
・アジャイル開発の推進経験
・スクラムマスター等の認定資格保有者
・クラウドネイティブアプリケーションの設計または開発経験
【給与】
年収 600 ~ 1500 万円
平均年収:1,322万円※2024年度
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
