仕事概要
募集背景 加速度的に成長する「つくりおき.jp」サービスにおいて、食品生産エンジニアリングに関わる業務をお任せできる方を募集します。 「つくりおき.jp」では、週替わり11品目の多品種生産を行っており、安定した品質と生産性を実現する難易度が非常に高い状況です。 また、さらなる事業規模の拡大に向けて、海外を含めた新たな生産拠点の立ち上げも多数予定しています。これに伴い、各地の環境に適した設備選定・レイアウト・施工管理などを一気通貫で推進できるエンジニアリング機能の強化が急務となっています。 「安定的かつ効率的な生産」と「加速度的な拠点展開」の両立に向けて、エンジニアリング業務をメインでご担当いただける方をお迎えしたいと考えています。 業務内容 ・新規生産拠点に関する、基本設計・詳細設計の要件整理、設計指示、仕様確認 ・生産機器・設備・インフラ(ユーティリティ等)の導入、レイアウト設計 ・サプライヤー/建設・施工パートナーとの調整、仕様交渉、契約管理 ・拠点立ち上げに伴う進捗管理、現場確認、安全・品質チェック ・関係部署と連携したプロジェクト推進 ・拠点稼働後の運用支援、改善提案 ・新規機材、新規技術の導入検討(自動化機器、DX、ロボティクス等) 配属先について 生産革新部は、生産領域に対し、幅広くイノベーションを起こすことを目的とした開発部門です。 食品開発、製造プロセス設計、システム、ロボティクス、AI、DX、プラントエンジニアリングなどの多様な専門性を持つメンバーで構成されています。 ポジションの魅力 生産革新部では、「専門性の垣根なく」全員が協力し、毎日活発に意見を出し合いながら、多様な課題解決に取り組んでいます。 Antwayでは「多品種大量生産」という、非常に難易度の高いことに挑戦しており、まさに「生産に対してイノベーションを起こすこと」が求められています。 中でも本ポジションは、今後の国内外の生産拠点増に向けて、エンジニアリング業務領域の中核を担っていただく想定です。 食品工場の展開ペースは非常に速く、さらに海外展開も視野に入れていることから、他社にはなかなかない、唯一無二の経験を積める点が大きな魅力です。 また、エンジニアリング業務に限らず、自動化機器・システム・ロボット開発・AIなど、幅広い技術領域の企画設計から実装まで関われる点も非常に刺激的な環境です。 とはいえ、具体的な業務内容がイメージしづらい方もいらっしゃると思いますので、その際はお気軽に「カジュアル面談」をお申し込みください。 職場の雰囲気や、より具体的な業務内容についてご説明させていただきます。 キッチン(=食品工場)について 現在、以下の拠点を展開しています: ・FC福山キッチン(2025年5月開業) ・FC土浦キッチン(2025年4月開業) ・FC女川キッチン(2025年1月開業) ・FC潮見キッチン(2024年5月開業) ・清澄白河キッチン(2021年9月開設/約450坪/従業員約200名) ・赤坂キッチン(2020年11月開設/約130坪/従業員約60名) ・白山キッチン(2020年8月開設/約45坪/従業員約20名) ・池尻キッチン(2020年2月開設/テストキッチン) ※FC:フランチャイズ 参考情報 ・生産現場の常識を覆す?新しい働き方への挑戦 ・生産現場で「新しい事を成功させる」為の3つのフレームワーク <最近のお知らせ:2025年11月27日現在> 当社Antwayは、2025年11月にシリーズDにて約33億円の資金調達を実施し、累計調達額は約65億円となりました。 この大型調達により、自社キッチン拡張、国内でのサービス体制強化、さらにアジア展開を視野に入れたグローバル展開を本格化しています。この成長フェーズと事業拡大を支えるため、組織強化/新規採用を加速しています。弊社ビジョン「あらゆる家庭から義務をなくす」に共感いただける方、ぜひ一緒に挑戦しませんか? 弊社CEO前島の想いをこめた記事もぜひご覧ください

・食品生産拠点における施設または生産ラインに関するエンジニアリング業務経験(設計・施工・立ち上げなど)
歓迎スキル
・生産拠点立ち上げ経験 ・設備・機器パートナーとの折衝、発注、進捗管理の経験 ・生産設備・各種ユーティリティに関する基礎的な技術知識 ・設計書・工程表・契約書類等、プロジェクト進行に必要なドキュメントの作成・調整スキル ・国内外における建築・設備関連の法規、安全基準に関する理解

給与
・想定年収:570〜810万円 ・月給制(給与内訳:基本給・固定残業代) *固定残業手当制(時間設定支給) *返還金固定残業代の相当時間:30.0時間/月 ・昇給機会:1年に1回程度 ・深夜残業代支給 ・正社員全員に交付ガイドラインに則ったストックオプションの付与有り
