At Microsoft Japan, we are looking for a Technical Sales Professional to help our customers modernize their endpoints through solutions such as Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
In this role, you will engage customers in strategic discussions about the future of endpoint experiences, proposing ideal solutions that go beyond improving existing workstyles.

Responsibilities■ 担当領域における技術専門性の習得と深化
Windows 11、Windows 365、Intune、Microsoft Entra ID、Azure Virtual Desktop、Surface、Autopatch や Microsoft Managed Desktop などのマネージドサービスを含む関連ソリューションについて、マイクロソフト製品および競合製品との違いに関する高度な技術知識を習得し、継続的に深めていきます。
■ お客様との技術的な対話の拡張
成長マインドセットを持つ信頼ある技術アドバイザーとして、プレゼンテーション、デモ、ホワイトボードによる説明などのスキルを駆使し、スケーラブルな技術提案活動を行います。
■ 戦略立案と差別化の推進
マイクロソフト製品の強みと競合他社の弱点を理解し、競合優位性を活かした技術戦略を構築することで、技術的な意思決定の獲得を支援します。
■ ソリューション設計および検証のリード
お客様のビジネスへの深い理解に基づき、インサイトの提供や現状の再定義、定量的なビジネスインパクトの提示を通じて、意思決定と導入意向を獲得します。また、技術的な障壁が発生した場合には、適切なエスカレーションや対処を行い、導入プロセスの前進を図ります。
■ パートナーとの連携によるスケール実現
パートナーとの共同提案活動(Sell-with)に積極的に関与し、信頼できるパートナー情報源として技術支援を行います。
■ Deepen Technical Expertise in Assigned Domains
Develop and continuously deepen technical expertise in key solutions such as Windows 11, Windows 365, Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop, Surface, and managed services like Autopatch and Microsoft Managed Desktop.
■ Expand Technical Engagement with Customers
Act as a trusted technical advisor with a growth mindset.
Leverage skills in presentations, demos, and whiteboarding to drive scalable technical engagements and deliver value at every stage of the customer journey.
■ Drive Strategic Positioning and Competitive Differentiation
Build technical strategies that highlight the strengths of Microsoft solutions while addressing competitive weaknesses, helping customers make confident, informed technical decisions in Microsoft's favor.
Gain deep insight into customer business needs to reframe existing challenges, deliver meaningful business impact, and secure buy-in. Navigate complex selling environments, handle objections effectively, escalate technical blockers appropriately, and maintain momentum toward implementation.
■ Scale Through Partner Collaboration
Actively engage in co-selling scenarios with partners, providing technical expertise and becoming a trusted source of knowledge to support partner-led customer engagements.

コンピュータサイエンス、情報技術、または関連分野の学士号を有し、同分野での実務経験が4年以上
コンピュータサイエンス、情報技術、または関連分野の修士号を有し、同分野での実務経験が3年以上
または、それに相当する経験・スキルを有すること
加えて、以下の条件を満たしていること:
クラウド、ハイブリッド、またはオンプレミスのインフラ設計、アーキテクチャ、移行、業界標準、テクノロジー管理に関する実務経験が4年以上
日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力(流暢な会話・読み書き)
ビジネスレベルの英語力(読み書き・会話)
Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or technical consulting
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 4+ years of relevant experience
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 3+ years of relevant experience
Or equivalent experience and skills
In Addition, Candidates Must Have
4+ years of experience with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructure design, architecture, migrations, industry standards, or technology management
High-level fluency in Japanese (spoken and written)
Business-level proficiency in English (spoken and written)
