業務内容

クラウド製品を組み合わせたセキュリティ共通基盤に関する、照会、調査、課題対応をご担当いただきます。

担当するシステムが多岐にわたるため、仕事を通してITインフラの知見を身に着けていくことが可能です。

弊社環境内でチームワークで仕事を実施するため、周囲にはサポートできる先輩が数多くいます。

【担当システム例】

・端末およびユーザ認証、ポリシーや資源管理の機能を提供するシステム

・ログのリアルタイム監視、脅威分析の機能を提供するシステム

・不正な操作を検知、管理する機能を提供するシステム

・セキュアな通信接続を提供するシステム

・Microsoft社のM365の各種製品を提供するシステム

・ロケーションを問わずリモートで端末を利用できる機能を提供するシステム

ご経験を積んでいただいた後は、上記サービスの提供に伴う安定稼働対策や、

複数のメンバーを束ねたチーム管理のお仕事にもチャレンジいただくことが可能です

【配属部署情報】 インフラソリューション部 (約 50名程度 : パート社員含む)

・配属予定のチームは20代~30代の若いメンバーが多く、コミュニケーションもとりやすい環境です。

・「テレワーク制度有」「月残業時間14h」の働きやすい環境です。

【研修制度について(未経験の方)】

入社同期となる方々とともに、IT基礎から約2ヶ月間じっくりと研修に臨むことができます。現時点での知識は問いません

先輩社員・同僚となる方も大部分は未経験でのスタートなので、モチベーションさえあればしっかりと一人前のSEを目指せます。

・有資格者(基本情報/クラウド関連資格/セキュリティ関連資格)

・クラウドシステム(Azure/EntraID/Intune、M365、AWS)の基礎的な知識

・セキュリティ(ウィルス対策、EDR、ランサムウェア対策、CSIRT)の基礎的な知識

・社内システム(UTM、WindowsPC、プロキシ、資産管理、ウィルス対策)の経験者

・IT業界での業務経験がある方

・IT領域について前向きに学習を進めている方

・論理的思考能力を有する方

・将来リーダーとしてご活躍したいと考えている方

面接回数2回(現場面接、役員面接)、適性検査(SPI)あり

【就業時間】

9:00 ~ 17:30 (昼休憩 12:00 ~ 13:00 ・ 実働 7.5時間)

【給与】

賃金形態:月給制

想定月額:261,300円 ~ ※見込み残業なし。労働時間超過分は全額支給。

年収 :470万 ~ 670万

【賞与】

年 3回 (7月, 12月, 3月)

【昇給】

年 1回 (4月)

超過勤務手当、通勤交通費 (全額支給) 、配偶者・子ども手当
