仕事内容

  • 入社後~中期的にお任せしたいこと

【主な業務内容】

・大学向け自社パッケージ製品「GAKUEN」を主力としたソリューション営業。・お客様の半数以上が利用継続年数15年以上のパッケージ製品となります。

・大学へのプライム提案、販売代理店を通しての提案を実施します。・北海道から静岡までの東日本エリアの大学を対象とし営業活動を展開。

・自社パッケージ製品の販促に加え、インフラやソリューションを交えお客様の課題解決を提案する ソリューション営業を実施いただきます。

・大学運営の基幹システムをカバーする業務パッケージのため、「売って終わり」ではなく 導入いただいた大学様とは長いお取引が続きます。

・入社後は、約1ヵ月間、製品・業界知識を学習いただき、その後は先輩社員の同行営業を経験し、新規提案やユーザフォローを担当いただきます。

  • 仕事のやりがい:

お客様を自ら開拓・獲得し、課題解決・サービス向上に向けた施策・提案もすべて自社内で検討・実施いたします。

そのため、お客様の発展と満足度は自らの行動次第で変わります。大学様の業務は多岐にわたるため、課題・問題も同様に多岐にわたり、自分たちで考え試行錯誤しながら実行していきます。

  • 長期就業への取り組み:

  • 必須条件:

・法人営業経験 1年 ITスキルを習得する必要があるため、向上心を持ってキャッチアップに努めてくださる方が対象です。

入社後は経験豊富な先輩社員とOJTにて業務を進めていただくためIT経験がない方でもご安心ください。

・コミュニケーションスキル

お客様に加え取引企業や社内メンバー(システムエンジニア・保守サポートチーム・プロモーションチーム)と コミュニケーションをとりながら仕事を進めていただきます。

想定年収(給与詳細)

  • 年収

469万円〜616万円

  • 月収(うち固定残業手当)

238,000円(33,282円) ~ 323,500円(43,894円)

※給与条件は「住宅手当あり(10,000円/月)地域手当あり(20,000/月)こども手当なし(12,000/月)」で計算しています。

前職及び年齢・経験・能力を考慮の上、決定いたします。

※時間外労働の有無に関わらず月15時間相当分の時間外手当を支給します。

※15時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給します。

※試用期間(6ヵ月)中の条件変更はありません。
