  • 入社後~中期的にお任せしたいこと

【主な業務内容】

自社パッケージソフト『GAKUENシリーズ』の開発に際して2024年度、2025年度と大規模開発の案件があり、開発SEとしてパッケージのカスタマイズ、新機能の開発を行い、経験を積むことで、GAKUEN製品のプロジェクトリーダを目指していただくキャリアパスとなります。

  • 事業部の特徴:

文教事業部では、毎年新規ユーザーを獲得しています。並行して既存製品から新製品への切替えも進めており、複数の新規/既存ユーザーにパッケージ導入を進めるにあたり、プロジェクトの主軸を担うメンバーまたはリーダー候補を募集いたします。経験を2~5年積んだ後には、プロジェクトリーダー業務に携わっていただくことができます。まずは入社から2~3カ月の体系だてた研修の中で大学業務や製品仕様についてしっかり学習し、導入メンバーとして活躍していくことを想定しております。

  • 長期就業への取り組み:

想定年収(給与詳細)

  • 年収

469万円〜698万円

  • 月収(うち固定残業手当)

238,000円(33,282円) ~ 368,000円(49,425円)

※給与条件は「住宅手当あり(10,000円/月)地域手当あり(20,000/月)こども手当なし(12,000/月)」で計算しています。

前職及び年齢・経験・能力を考慮の上、決定いたします。

※時間外労働の有無に関わらず月15時間相当分の時間外手当を支給します。

※15時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給します。

※試用期間(6ヵ月)中の条件変更はありません。
