- Understand what you do and how you contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Understand the risks associated with your business and function.
- Work across teams and functions to get the best solution or course of action.
Your team
You'll be working in the IB Operations Securities Trade Processing team i.e. Cash Securities Middle Office in Japan:
We are responsible for processing, reviewing and booking of standardized and/or complex transactions within Securities Operations core and value-added tasks. The Securities Specialist can also act as direct contact and problem solver for clients and business partners.
Your expertise
- 3-5 years of operations experience, preferably in Cash Equity.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Japanese (native level) and English (fluent).
- Positive attitude towards challenges.
- Driven to achieve high productivity.
- Ability to work under high pressure of deadlines.
- Ability to see the bigger picture and take a logical approach to resolve problems.
- Ability to work as a team, collaborating with various departments.
