As a Regulatory Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's compliance with Japan's regulatory requirements for pesticide registrations. Your responsibilities will include preparing and submitting registration dossiers, communicating with regulatory managers, and staying up-to-date with the latest Japanese regulatory trends.
To achieve this, you will register and maintain pesticide registrations under various Japan regulations, ensuring that all necessary documents are accurate and complete. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in managing regulatory issues related to our company's products, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed.
We are seeking an individual with a strong background in Organic Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Agriculture, or Pharmaceutical sciences. A bachelor's or advanced degree is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in regulatory work within the agrochemical industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft WORD and EXCEL, are also essential for this role. Additionally, fluency in both English and native Japanese skills is mandatory.
