\作品とファンをつなぐ/
ECサイト『メロンブックス』『フロマージュブックス』にて、運営・販売担当をお任せ。
商業作品や同人作品を担当します。ECサイトを通じて、多くの作品を広めていきましょう。
6万冊以上のコミックスや10万タイトル以上の作品など、品揃えの充実を目指しています。
<具体的な仕事の流れ>
▼商品情報のマスタ登録
取引先から商品情報が届くので、それを元に作品の概要・写真・金額などを登録します。
※商品ページのアイデア出しにも携われるので、Webデザインやコーディング、システムなど幅広い知識が身につきます。
▼企画やフェアの宣伝・告知
新作の発売やイベント開催時期に合わせて、告知ページやバナーを制作します。バナー展開や商品の並び順、使用テキスト、キャラの選定など、社内デザイナーと相談をして意見を出すことも。多くのファンの目に触れ、売上最大化につなげます。
▼Webページの作成・展開
発売する新作やイベント・フェアの開催に合わせ、特集コーナーを作成し商品を展開。会員向けメルマガやSNSを駆使して、発信・集客・売上アップを狙います。

◎作家さんの知名度を高める、貢献実感が得られます。
お客様の目に多く触れるために施策を組むのですが、そのターゲットは全国に広がります。自分が作ったバナーや導線によって、これまで日の目を浴びていなかった作家さんやその作品が広く知れ渡ることもあります。
時には、メルマガや特集などを組んだ作品が、販売開始1分で売り切れてしまうこともあります。
もちろん作家さんやその作品自身の影響力もありますが、購入までの導線を工夫することで売上を伸ばす手助けができるのだとか。作家さんやその作品の知名度を高めることに繋がる仕事として、貢献実感が得られます。
◎仕事の成果を数字で実感できます。社風として風通しがよく、また意思決定、提案へのフィードバックが速いので、自身の提案実現に向けてのスピードも速いです。
そのため、自分が考えた特集やバナーを試しやすいのだとか。過去には、一般的には表紙のイラストを載せるバナーに、サンプル漫画を掲載することで売上アップにつなげた社員も。どれほどクリック率が上がったのか数字で見ることができるので、仕事の成果を実感しやすい環境です。

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥50,000(32時間相当分)を含む。32時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
