Hondaのアフターサービス領域における次世代戦略を企画する組織にて、ビッグデータ活用戦略の企画、推進に携わります。

【具体的には】

社会での普及が進むコネクテッドカーや製品利用情報から収集・蓄積するデータについて、いずれかのミッションをご担当いただきます。

  • ビッグデータを活用したサービス開発担当

・アフターセールスビジネスやサービスへのデータ活用技術の企画、開発、検証、導入

・走行データによるビジネス分析やテレマティックスデータによる故障診断AIの開発

・内製開発しているアプリケーションのデータ解析によるサービス改善・新規機能開発の検討

・実データに基づいたデータ分析技術・分析アルゴリズムの開発

※サービス例:データに基づいた部品余寿命判定

  • サービス領域情報の活用基盤(データベース)構築担当

・カスタマー、ディーラー、現地法人等、関係各所に蓄積したデータの特定

・社内の各領域におけるビジネス部門のデータに関するニーズの調査

・Hondaの次世代サービスのコアとなる分析基盤の企画

・データプラットフォーム開発チームの一員としてデータベースの要件策定や開発管理、検証、導入を実施

・IT部門や開発ベンダーと連携したプロジェクトの推進

※そのほか、システム開発の流れとデータフローを理解し、評価検証にも携わります。

【募集の背景】

2024年時点で日本を走行している数十万台のコネクテッドカーから収集しているコネクテッド・カーデータに代表されるように、Hondaはすでにビッグデータを保有し社内外で活用しています。

今後のグローバルでのコネクテッドカー・コネクテッドサービスの普及に伴い、データ活用の機会はグローバルに増加していくことが見込まれます。

ビッグデータを活用しコネクテッドサービスのコアとなる分析技術を開発することで、社内外のビジネス課題解決に寄与するだけでなく、交通事故・渋滞などの社会課題の解決につながる可能性もあります。

これまでカスタマー、ディーラー、現地法人等にて集約されていた情報や新たに収集が可能になったデータを集約・活用し、未来のアフターサービスをともに創り出す仲間を募集します。
