【ナイトスタッフ制度について】

ナイトスタッフとは、店舗営業時間中に

社員が不在となる夜間帯で「閉店業務」や

「レジ締め業務」などを担当する

アルバイト・パートのリーダー的ポジション。

  • 主な業務内容

・通常業務に加え、夜間の社員不在時の

代行者として閉店業務を担当

・レジ締めやお客様の一時対応など、

夜間帯の責任者として店舗運営をサポート

  • 資格・登用条件

・指定のナイトスタッフ研修(WEB)を受講

・店長推薦およびエリアマネージャーの

認定を受けた方

  • 手当

・登用された月の勤務実績より、

時給+50円の加給あり

夕方・深夜加算、曜日加算などで時給大幅UP

成城石井では時間帯ごとに時給を定めており、

高時給で働くことも可能です

「17時~」…時給1400円

「22時~」…時給1725円

(全て一律手当込)

「日曜・祝日」…時給+30円

「夜間時間帯責任者手当」…時給+50円
