【業務内容】

当ポジションは、営業が作った接点から顧客課題を深掘りし、運用自動化のための要件定義〜提案設計をリードする役割を担います。

① 顧客課題の深掘り・要件整理

  • 運用プロセスのヒアリング
  • 既存環境(監視/ITSM/RPA/クラウド etc.)の把握
  • 自動化ポイントの特定、要件定義
  • 課題・制約条件の整理
  • 営業との協働による案件立ち上げ

② ソリューション提案の設計・提案書作成

  • 自動化シナリオの検討
  • 技術的な実現可能性の評価
  • 提案書・構成案の作成
  • 顧客への提案・プレゼン
  • 競合調査と差別化ポイントの整理
  • PoC・検証フェーズの技術調整、技術チームとの連携

運用現場の業務フローや障害対応の実態に踏み込み、「どこを自動化するべきか」「どう効率化するか」を構造的に整理します。

表面的な提案ではなく、業務の本質に踏み込む"課題解決型"の仕事です。

3|プロダクト改善や事業づくりへの関与

顧客の要件・運用ノウハウ・業務知見を整理し、プロダクト部門へ直接フィードバックする仕組みがあります。

プリセールス、ITコンサルタントとしてのみならず、事業づくりに関わる仕事です。

  • 2〜3ヶ月目:実戦フェーズ(提案主導の一部を担当)

  • 自社の差別化ポイントの整理
  • システムエンジニアリング部門、AIサービス開発部門との連携強化
  • ナレッジベースへのドキュメント化
  • 4〜6ヶ月目:自走フェーズ(案件主担当)
  • 複数案件を同時並行でリード
  • AI 活用を含む運用自動化提案
  • 提案手法・資料テンプレートの改善
  • プロダクト要望のフィードバック
  • 後輩/メンバーの育成

【チーム体制】

  • 配属予定:セールス&マーケティング部(S&M部)内のコンサルチームに配属予定
  • 部門構成:全8名

  • 営業戦略の立案から実行、マーケティング業務まで一体で推進する少数精鋭の組織です。

【会社について】

当社は、システム運用を「人手中心」から「自動化 × AI」へ転換するテクノロジー企業です。

創業の背景には、代表自身が大手企業のシステム運用を"24時間365日体制"で支援してきた経験があり、障害対応の遅延や属人化など、運用特有の課題を解決するために「Kompira」を自社開発しました。

現在は、通信・電力・金融・製造といった社会インフラを支える大手企業を中心に導入し、運用領域の DX を支える基盤として事業を拡大しています。

【プロダクトの特徴】

Kompira シリーズは、システム運用の監視・判定・実行など一連の作業を自動化するプロダクトです。

既存の監視ツールやITSM、RPA、クラウド、ネットワーク機器と幅広く連携でき、環境を大きく変えずに導入できます。

海外製品が大規模なシステムのリプレイスを前提とするのに対し、Kompiraは既存環境をそのまま活かして導入できる「連携型の自動化」が強みとなっています。

【今後の事業展開】

Fixpoint は今後、既存サービスのKompiraとAIを組み合わせ、さらに進化をさせていく予定で、着手し始めています。

  • 障害発生時の分析・判断・対応を AI が行える仕組みの開発
  • 運用ノウハウを AI が蓄積し、属人化を解消するナレッジ管理の強化
  • 運用領域から"業務運用全般"への技術展開 など

2026 年春には新たな AI ナレッジプロダクトをリリース予定で、今後2〜3 年で組織規模・事業規模ともに2倍成長を目指すフェーズに入っています。

【働き方・組織風土】

  • リモートを併用しながら柔軟な働き方が可能です。客先訪問やリモート社員が混在する環境でも、オンライン上で円滑にコミュニケーション・情報共有ができる体制が整っています。オフィスへの出社者だけが情報を抱えることがないよう、共有プロセスを徹底しています。
  • メンバーは 20〜30 代前半が中心で、活気があり、フラットで相談しやすい雰囲気です。

【勤務時間】

平日9:00~18:00

(出社時間を8:00~10:00の間で選べる始業時間セレクト制度あり)

【想定給与】

400万~600万

※経験、能力を考慮の上、当社規程により決定

【休日・休暇】

完全週休2日制(土日)、祝日

年末年始(12/29~1/4)、夏季リフレッシュ休暇(6月~10月の間に合計5日間)

有給休暇(初年度10日、翌年以降+2日ずつ最高20日)

・プリセールス等、技術営業のご経験

・システムエンジニアのご経験(営業未経験歓迎)

・Sler / ITコンサル等でプロジェクトマネジメント、リードを行ったご経験

・SaaS / IT商材における営業経験者

・ネットワーク、システム運用、クラウド関連の設計・構築経験

【待遇】

・日給月給制

経験、能力を考慮の上、当社規程により決定

※業務効率の向上と早めの退社を目的として、月給には固定残業代(30時間相当)を含みます。30時間を超過した場合、超過分は別途支給しています。

※管理監督者として採用した場合は、固定残業代支給なし。
