M社は、創業から57年の安定した基盤を持つ総合広告代理店から、人材ビジネス部門を分社化し、求人広告に特化した広告代理店として今から44年前に設立された歴史ある企業。リクルート専属代理店(トップパートナー)として、リクルートが展開する求人媒体を活用した採用に関する総合コンサルティングを行っています。M社は、リクルートが代理店制度を開始した当初から参画し、長きに渡る信頼と実績で、常時5,000社を越える企業のコンサルティングを実施。より迅速な対応を目指すべく、アルバイト・パート求人広告部門と、新卒・中途の正社員求人広告部門との分社化を決定。このたび、新卒・中途の正社員求人広告部門の事業強化に伴い、営業職を増員します。

「お客様の採用成功にこだわったサービスを提供できる会社になっていこう」というビジョンを掲げ、「ただ売るだけ」の広告代理店ではなく、総合人事支援会社を目指し、社員全員が一丸となって取り組んでいるM社。お客様の採用ニーズや課題をヒアリングし、求人広告を活用してどのように経営改善できるか企画提案していくことはモチロンにこと、社労士法人・人事コンサルとパートナーシップを組み、クライアント企業の抱える人事・採用以外の課題(労務管理、人材育成等)のコンサルティング、労務アウトソーシング、お客様のビジョンに基づいた教育計画の立案、社員研修の実施など、人事領域の総合支援も、今後は強化していきます。
