本ポジションは、AmebaLIFE事業本部で運営しているサービスにおいて、プロダクト戦略の立案からKPI設計、施策実行、改善までを一気通貫で推進します。
エンジニアやデザイナー、マーケターと連携しながら、サービス価値を最大化するための意思決定と開発ディレクションを担います。
主な業務内容
プロダクト戦略・ロードマップ策定、課題発見〜KPI設計〜施策推進
データを基にした仮説検証とグロース施策の実行
開発要件定義やUI/UX改善を含む機能開発ディレクション
