- 社内の複数部門との連携を成功させた実績を持ち、ステークホルダーとの関係構築に長けていること
- 重要顧客のマネジメント経験および多様な顧客チャネルにおける成長戦略の策定・実行経験
- ピープルマネジメント経験(3年以上)
- 優れたチェンジマネジメントおよびリーダーシップスキル
- 顧客行動の変革を推進した実績を持つリーダーシップ
- 高いコミュニケーション能力とチームプレイヤーとしての資質
- 日本語:堪能 /英語:ビジネスレベル以上
- 高いビジネス感覚とコマーシャル的視点
- 複数業務を同時に遂行しながら、細部への注意を維持できる能力
- ヘルスケア関連業界での営業経験
- 日本国内および海外への出張に柔軟に対応できる意欲と能力
- グロス・トゥ・ネットに基づくビジネスケースの構築経験
- 戦略的思考力と分析力、Microsoft Office(特にExcelおよびPowerPoint)の高い操作スキル
- コンタクトレンズチャネルでの営業経験尚可
Position prerequisites
Education/Qualifications:
Preferable: Bachelor of Science, Commerce or Marketing
Skills/Experience:
Essential:
- 5+ years of experience in Japan eCommerce channel account management.
- 3+ years of experience in Key Account sales management.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence cross- functional teams without direct reporting lines.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, with a successful track record of engaging internal stakeholders across divisions.
- Proven experience managing business-critical customers and developing growth strategies across diverse customer channels.
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Exceptional change management and leadership skills.
- A proven leader in driving customer behaviour change.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
- Fluent Japanese skill / Business English proficiency skill
- Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
- Ability to multi-task effectively while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Previous sales experience in channels involving Healthcare.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Japan and internationally as needed for business.
- Proficiency in conducting gross-to-net business case justifications.
- Solid strategic and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

- Contact lens channel Sales experience
