Skills/Experience:
Essential:
5+ years of experience in Japan eCommerce channel account management.
3+ years of experience in Key Account sales management.
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence cross- functional teams without direct reporting lines.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, with a successful track record of engaging internal stakeholders across divisions.
Proven experience managing business-critical customers and developing growth strategies across diverse customer channels.
3+ years of people management experience
Exceptional change management and leadership skills.
A proven leader in driving customer behaviour change.
Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
Fluent Japanese skill / Business English proficiency skill
Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
Ability to multi-task effectively while maintaining high attention to detail.
Previous sales experience in channels involving Healthcare.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Japan and internationally as needed for business.
Proficiency in conducting gross-to-net business case justifications.
Solid strategic and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
