<職務内容>
- ITインフラ・基幹システムの運用管理
生産管理システム(MES)の運用監視、障害対応、マスタメンテナンス
工場内ネットワークおよびサーバの構築・運用・保守
医薬品製造に関わる基幹システムおよびITインフラの安定稼働による操業支援
DX推進・業務改善
DX推進を軸とした業務プロセスの改善、事務作業の自動化・標準化の推進
各種データを活用したBIツールによる分析支援
小規模システムの開発(Python、VBA、RPA等)による生産性向上・革新
その他
関係部署や協力会社との連携・調整および予算管理
グローバルに対応した工場づくりに向けたIT基盤の強化

<職場について(職場の雰囲気)>
- 業務管理グループは、「システム」「経理」「人事総務」「環境安全」の4つのチームで構成され、それぞれが専門性を持った業務を担当しています 。
システムチームは他チームや他部署との連携が活発で、円滑なコミュニケーションを大切にしながら業務を進めています。
DX推進などのチャレンジングなテーマに対し、トライ&エラーを重ねながら日々学び、自己成長に取り組む意欲的な姿勢が重視されています。

【必須の能力・資格・経験】
- 工場の基幹システムや業務システムの運用保守経験
ネットワーク・サーバの運用管理経験
DX推進による小規模システム開発の経験
エンドユーザーを含む社内外関係者とのコミュニケーション力
【あると望ましい能力・資格・経験】
- システム開発の実務経験(RPAなど)
プログラミングスキル(Python、Javaなど)
データ分析の経験
自動倉庫システムの知見

企画業務型裁量労働制
8:25~17:00(休憩12:15~13:00)を基本とし、ご本人の決定に委ねます。

休日: 土・日曜日、祝日、GW、夏季休日、年末年始(年間休日126日)
休暇: 年次有給休暇(13日~20日)、慶弔等の特別有給休暇、特別積立休暇、リフレッシュ休暇、ボランティア休暇 等
