【お任せするお仕事】

パンや洋菓子の製造・販売を行う

エーワンベーカリー本社でのお仕事です。

まずは、日々のパンづくりに欠かせない

原材料の管理・発注業務から

スタートします。

  • 基本業務

・小麦粉、砂糖、チョコレート、

フィリングなど原材料の発注・

在庫確認

・入荷した原材料の数量チェック

・データ入力、資料作成などの事務作業

・スタッフの業務・シフト管理

・棚卸し業務

  • 慣れてきたら

・仕入れ先(食品商社・メーカーなど)

の選定

・価格や条件の調整

・原材料の市況やトレンド情報の収集

・欠品を防ぐための仕入れ計画

・コストダウンや新素材の提案

「発注するだけ」「入力するだけ」ではなく、

パンづくりを支えるための

一歩踏み込んだ仕事にも関われます。

※いきなり難しい交渉を

任せることはありません

※先輩が横について丁寧に教えます

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日 〜 23日

8:00~17:00

9:00~18:00

(休憩60分/実働8時間)

※シフト制

週休2日制(月8~9日)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 22万5000円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万5000円 〜 3万5000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間 〜 20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
