- 医療機器の承認申請方針の立案、管理
- PMDAや厚労省など規制当局との折衝、交渉、相談対応
- 薬事関連文書(STED、申請書など)の書類レビュー、部内メンバーのメンタリング
- 海外製造元とのデータ収集、調整、交渉
- Cross-Functionalチームにおける国内外での協働、プロジェクト遂行
必須条件(経験、スキル、資格など)
:
- 大学卒業以上(理工学系バックグラインドが好ましい)
- 医療機器業界での薬事申請業務経験(医療機器クラス3以上) 8~10年程度
- 英語力:ビジネスレベル/実務英語使用経験必須
- 品質マネジメントシステムの構築、改善経験
- 内部監査員の資格(歓迎条件)
- 薬事申請業務におけるメンタリング経験3年以上(歓迎条件)
- 戦略的思考力
- プロジェクトマネジメントスキル
- リスク管理スキル
