- 受入係
- 配達スケジュールレポートを抽出し、変更された配達日を確認し、受け入れ作業開始前に清掃などの衛生管理を行います。
- 商品受け取り時に、注文書と納品書を確認し、数量、重量、単価、仕様が注文と一致していることを確認し、納品された商品の検査と取り扱いを行います。
- 商品が衛生基準に適合していることを確認します。
- 重量で価格が決まる商品を計量します。
- 部門ごとに商品を分類し、適切なマークを付けて正しい場所に保管します。
- 適切なタイミングで、配達スケジュールレポートから未配達の商品を確認し、各サプライヤーに連絡します。
- 各部門に納品を通知します。
- 必要に応じて注文部門に商品を配達します。
- 注文部門への配達時に、注文書、納品書、商品を確認し、納品書に受領署名を取得し、完了した受領の内部追跡を維持します。
- 例外を除き、注文部門がすべての商品を受け取ったことを確認します。
- 注文部門の納品書に受領署名を確認した後、システム(Birch Street)で納品を処理します。
- 当日の未配達商品を追跡し、サプライヤーとの確認を含め、各部門に通知します。
- 納品処理の正確性を確認するために、配達レポートを作成し使用します。
- 倉庫在庫がある場合、納品された在庫を確認し追跡し、在庫レポートとログを完了します。
- 商品の安全な保管を確保するために、取り扱いエリア、冷蔵庫、および周辺を安全かつ衛生的に整理し維持します。
- システムダウン時に対応するために、購入者が注文を行った後、翌営業日の配達スケジュールレポートを抽出し、データを保存します。(基本的には、朝にレポートを抽出し、その後の追加に対応します。)
システム(Birch Street)に未配達商品がある場合、サプライヤーに連絡し対応します。
購買係
- 各部門と密接にコミュニケーションを取り、ホテル全体の品質と収益性を確保するための購買活動をサポートします。
- ビジネスニーズに基づいて、食品、飲料、一般商品、消耗品の見積もりを提案し、交渉し、注文を行います。
- 品質と衛生基準の遵守を確保します。
- 価格や商品在庫に関する懸念や問題が発生した場合、関連部門とコミュニケーションを取り、代替案を提案し、サプライヤーと交渉して解決します。
- 配達日に商品が欠品している場合やサプライヤーが注文していない場合、各部門と確認し、適切な対応を行います(例:別のサプライヤーから手配、代替品の手配、翌日の対応)。
- 損傷、不良品、紛失などの問題が発生した場合、各部門と確認し、サプライヤーに連絡し、再注文や返品などのプロセスを管理します。
- 当日の未配達商品について、サプライヤーと追跡し、各部門に通知し、対応を確認し、再度サプライヤーに連絡して対応策を確認します。
- コンピューターおよび購買システム(Birch Street)を使用して、商品を登録し、日々の注文を行い、データを入力、抽出、編集します。
- 日々の注文漏れがないか常に確認します。
- システムに未配達商品がある場合、サプライヤーに連絡し対応します。
- 必要に応じて受入および購買スーパーバイザーをサポートします。

- ブランドガイドラインに従って衛生および安全対策を実施し維持します。
- 事故、怪我、危険な作業条件をスーパーバイザーまたはマネージャーに報告し、安全トレーニングとチェックを行い、是正措置を講じます。
