郵便局の社会保険・雇用保険申請に伴う事務業務に従事するスタッフのサポートをお願いします

  • お仕事内容:事務スタッフのサポート業務

・事務スタッフからの質問対応や作業指示

・進捗管理、リーダーの補助業務

・社会保険手続きにかかる作業(PCでの受付・確認・入力等)

・電話対応(クライアント、社会保険労務士、公的機関等)

  • 業務中でもわからないことがあれば質問できる環境にあります。
  • 徐々にステップアップしていきますので未経験でも安心してご応募ください

センター敷地内には、自転車やバイクを停めるための駐輪場があります。

また、お昼休憩中に使用できる喫煙所や広い休憩室もあります

お弁当等が保存できる冷蔵庫や自販機等も設置されており、働きやすい環境となっています。

基本給:時給 1300円

給与は月末締めの翌月24日の支払いです

通勤費は規程支給

20万8,000円(時給1,300円×8時間×20日勤務の場合)

・有給休暇(規程有):入社6ヵ月後勤務実績条件クリアで10日付与(その後年1回ずつ勤続年数に応じた日数を付与いたします)

ランチタイムの過ごし方

カフェのような休憩室で過ごしたり外出もOK。給湯器や電子レンジもあるのでカップラーメン・即席スープ・あたたかい食事ができます

また日替わりで移動販売の方が来て下さるので、それを楽しみにお仕事される方もいらっしゃいます
