    主には新築分譲住宅用の土地の仕入れ業務をお任せします。

不動産会社の営業職というと、BtoCのイメージがあるかもしれませんが、

業界未経験でも始めやすい「売る」ではなく「買う」営業

住宅を建てるための土地の仕入れを行います。

【仕事内容】

当社主力事業の"新築分譲住宅"を建築するための用地仕入れ(土地を買う)を行って頂きます

他の会社ではなかなか経験できない「買う営業」を経験することが出来ます

<仕事の進め方の一例>

①担当エリア内の不動産仲介業者から情報収集し用地を選定(1日10件前後※エリアによって異なります)

②現地で土地の形状や周辺環境を調査

③土地を評価し、仕入値から販売価格までを考え計画立案

④社内承認を得て契約締結

⑤社内の部署と連携して住宅を建築

⑥完成後は、不動産仲介業者へ販売の促進依頼

・自分が見極めた土地が、チームで協力して家になり、お客様の生活になる。

・入社1~2年目で係長職についた社員も多数いるなど、

※期間中は契約社員。更新上限は契約終了日が属している半期末日まで。

※期間終了後、正社員として契約を締結します。
