業務内容

■ポジションについて
CTO直下の戦略的技術組織に所属し、組織内で発生する様々な技術課題の解決に取り組むテックリードのポジションです。
部門横断の課題解決や技術施策の推進を通じて、事業成長の最大化に貢献します。以下は一例ですが、裁量と共に枠にとらわれない横断的な活躍を期待しています。
■具体的な業務内容
部門横断の技術課題の特定と解決
CTOや各事業部・プロダクトチームと連携し、技術課題の抽出および解決のリード
課題に対する技術的なアプローチの設計・実装・評価
技術戦略の立案・推進
技術組織全体の戦略やロードマップの策定に貢献
課題の優先度の決定と施策の推進
アーキテクチャ設計と技術的意思決定の支援
複数プロダクトにまたがる共通基盤やマイクロサービスの方針整理
- 技術的なベストプラクティスの策定と社内展開
組織設計やアーキテクチャのレビューと改善のリード
品質・パフォーマンスの向上施策の推進
コード品質、テスト自動化、CI/CDの改善方針の整理
組織への発信と浸透
ステークホルダーとの連携・調整
開発組織内各部門との協働による課題解決
技術的な観点からの意思決定支援と説明責任の遂行
チームづくりや採用
横断的な施策を推進するチームのマネジメント

- 技術組織の横断的な技術課題の抽出から、具体的な解決策に落とし込んだ経験
- 複数部署のステークホルダーと連携したプロジェクトのデリバリー経験
- Webアプリケーションの開発・運用経験
■歓迎
- 複数のプロジェクトを並行して推進・完遂した経験
- SREやQA組織、プラットフォームチームのような横断組織を立ち上げて軌道に乗せた経験
- プロダクト開発のライフサイクル全体にわたる品質保証戦略を策定・推進した経験
- 急成長する組織におけるエンジニアリングチームのマネジメント経験(目標設定、評価、育成など)
