職務内容
- GVP、GPSP、GCPおよび関連する規制要件ならびにSOPを遵守し、市販製品および治験薬に関する適切なPV活動
- 国内外の個別症例報告(ICSR)の評価および報告に関する全体管理
- 国内外の研究報告ならびに海外で講じられた安全対策の評価および報告に関する全体管理
- 関係各所に対して安全性情報を提供
- PV契約を実施・管理
- PVに関する意識向上および教育・トレーニングを維持・推進
- PV監査および規制当局による査察への対応体制を確保
- グローバルおよび各国規制当局向けの集積安全性報告(PSUR/PBRER等)を計画、作成、提出
- ローカルのリスク管理計画(RMP)を作成・管理
- 特定使用成績調査および再審査対応を含む、GPSP関連業務を管理
理想の人材
- 学士号以上
- PV関連業務3年以上
- PVチームマネジメント、プロジェクトマネジメントの経験
- 規制当局によるGCP、GVP、GPSP監査・査察の経験
