We're seeking a skilled Digital Analyst to join our team in Tokyo, reporting directly to the Activation Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to learn new business skills on attractive projects and contribute to the success of our clients.
As a Digital Analyst, you will be responsible for setting up, managing, and running campaigns on social and display channels, creating engaging social content, analyzing performance, and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns. You will also manage client budgets, plan and execute testing plans, and conduct post-test analysis.
Key responsibilities include:

- Producing compelling ad text and analyzing performance
- Ensuring timely delivery of campaigns
- Managing client budgets
- Planning and executing testing plans and conducting post-test analysis
- Identifying ways technology can simplify processes
- Utilizing technology to automate reporting and execution
- Responding to emails and attending meetings
- Developing client and product knowledge
- Delivering insights on competitor and environment feedback
- Proactively contributing to client digital marketing strategies
- Supporting account audits and providing market-specific research
- Assisting with inductions and training of new staff and delegating priorities
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in digital analytics
- Strong skillset in planning and executing Display and Paid Social campaign management
- Experience in Google Ads, Yahoo Ads, and Meta platforms
- Understanding of online marketing (PPC, Blog, Social Media)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese
- Strong Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy understanding
- Self-motivated and inquisitive
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great analysis skills and proven critical thinking capability
- Can-do attitude and team player
- SQL knowledge and Paid Search experience are a plus
