◆築地市場で働く店長候補のお仕事です◆

Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 築地エリアにある食べ歩き専門店です。新潟中央卸売市場から直送される新鮮な魚介類を提供し、観光客や地元の方に愛されている立ち食いスタイルの店舗です。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 接客・調理から始まり、スタッフ管理、売上・衛生管理、メニュー企画まで店舗運営全般をお任せします。少人数体制のため年齢や立場に関係なく、積極的に店舗づくりに関われます。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. はい、大丈夫です。入社後は新潟店舗で約1週間の研修を実施。魚の仕入れから築地での販売までのストーリーを体験し、本場の新潟のおいしさを学べます。社長や本部が直接フォローするため安心です。

Q. どんな方が活躍していますか?

A. 国籍やバックグラウンドが異なる多様なメンバーとチームワークを大切にできる方が活躍中。英語力や調理経験は不問で、できないことは他メンバーがフォローします。
