【ブランド戦略プランナー】企業の魅力や想いをもとに、ブランディングプロジェクトを牽引
具体的な仕事内容
ブランディングプロジェクトの企画・立案、ネーミング、コンセプト設計や、ブランド戦略構築後の各種制作物(CI・広告・WEBサイト・映像など)の企画・コピーライティング業務を手がけるコピーライター/プランナーをお任せします。
【具体的な業務内容】
・ブランド戦略の企画・立案
・ブランディングプロジェクトのネーミング・コンセプト設計
・ブランディングプロジェクトの制作物(ロゴ、ガイドライン、会社案内、ブランドブック、コーポレートサイト、映像等)の企画・コピーライティング・原稿作成
・広告・コミュニケーションツール等の企画・コピーライティング・原稿作成
・WEBサイトの企画・コピーライティング・原稿作成
・クライアントへの提案
・社内外のミーティング 他
チーム組織構成
ブランディングと向き合うプロフェッショナルが揃っています。20~40代まで幅広いメンバーが在籍しており、チームでひとつのプロジェクトを進めていきます。
対象となる方
【ブランディングの経験がある方】MVVやPurpose、コンセプトの設計の経験がある方優遇
【必須条件】
- クリエイティブディレクター、コピーライター、プランナーなどの経験がある方
【歓迎条件】
- 代理店・制作会社でのコピーライター or プランナーの実務経験3年以上
- BtoB、BtoCクライアント共に経験があること
- クライアントへの提案書の作成・プレゼンテーションの実績
- ロゴ・VIツール・WEBサイト・映像など多様な制作物を横断したプロジェクトの企画・コピーライティングの実績
- コーポレートサイトやブランドサイトの企画の実績
- 広告キャンペーン等の企画・コピーライティングの実績
- 美容・化粧品など女性商材のコピーライティングの実績
選考のポイント
コピーライティング、プランナーどちらもできる方を歓迎しますが、どちらか一方の経験しかない方からのご応募もお待ちしております。

クライアントの経営に寄り添いながら、魅力的なブランドをつくる
今回の取材では、執行役員のHさんがお話を聞かせてくれました。
Hさんは「ブランディングにおいて重要なことは、経営と併走することです。クライアントの中期経営計画を理解し、未来にあるべき姿を、ブランドという視点から描き、その実現をサポートするのが私たちの存在意義だと思っています。」と語ります。クライアントが変われば、ブランド構築の手法も変わる。正解が決まっていない中で、試行錯誤しながら、課題を解決していく。そうした業務の中で、自分の成長を感じられることが、何にも代えがたい瞬間だとHさんは話してくれました。
