Q. どんな企業ですか?
A. 急成長中のSaaSスタートアップで、人材紹介業界向けのオールインワン管理プラットフォーム「LaS」を開発・運営しています。
Q. 具体的に何をするの?
A. 導入企業様からの問い合わせ対応(チャット・メール中心)、ユーザーサポート、マニュアル作成、見込み顧客へのヒアリング・提案、商談設定・契約サポートなどを担当します。
Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?
A. 基本的なPCスキルとビジネスコミュニケーション能力があれば大丈夫です。業務になれてきたら、フレックスタイム・在宅勤務の相談も可能です。
