業務内容
<チームリーダー/メカ系(開発購買・部品開発)>
- 仕事の内容
事業拡大を目指す電源系製品や売り上げの中心となるボディ系製品の加工部品の開発購買、部品開発リーダーを募集いたします。
<開発購買リーダー>
品質保証部門と共同でグローバルで技術力と品質レベルの高い加工品仕入先を発掘し、製品開発に採用し共同で部品開発することにより材料費低減に貢献する。開発プロジェクトの目標材料費を達成するために技術
的なVAVE活動を仕入先、同社開発部門と共同で実行する。
<部品開発リーダー>
開発部門からの各部品図面に基づき、仕入先とDFM(Design For Manufacturing) レビューを実行し技術的な課題を解決し部品開発を完了する。市場での加工部品の最新技術を調査し、自社製品に採用できる可能性が高い新技術を選定し試作・検証などを行い採用実現までの技術開発を実行する

<チームリーダー/メカ系(工法技術開発)>
- 仕事の内容
事業拡大を目指す電源系製品や売り上げの中心となるボディ系製品の工法開発のリーダーを募集いたします。今現在は接続工法と塗布技術中心ですが将来的には必要な新しい工法の開発も取り込む予定です。
<接続工法開発>
開発部門と連携し開発製品の競争力となるような接続技術を開発する。基板間接続用コネクター:ECUの複雑化により製品内に多くのプリント基板が設置される商品も多くなってきている。基板間の接続に関しては基板
間のずれを吸収するフローティングコネクターや半田レスで接続するクリップターミナルやプレスフィットの開発を実施。レーザー半田付け:半田レス化の為に従来の半田付けに変わる接続技術としてレーザー半田付けを開発す
る。
<塗布技術開発>
商品開発部門と連携し商品開発に必要となる塗布技術を協力メーカーと協力しながら開発を実施する。高精度コーティング技術:電子部品の高密度実装化により基板コーティングはますます重要な技術となる塗布機メー
カーと連携し高精度コーティング技術の開発を目指す。FIPG:電源系製品、EPSなど防水環境にさらされる製品は防水機能を実現するためFIPGなどを使用する場合が増えておりその密着性を確保する塗布技術を開発
する。

- 開発購買/加工品技術知識(成形品・ダイカスト部品・プレス部品・塗装・めっきなど)
- 部品開発/加工品技術知識(成形品・ダイカスト部品・プレス部品・塗装・めっきなど)。
機械設計技術(基本的な機械設計知識、3DCADオペレーション技術)。
加工品の評価のための測定技術(顕微鏡、投影機など)
【優遇】
- 開発購買/購買としての交渉力・ネゴシエーション能力
- 部品開発/流動解析技術(MOLD FLOWなど)・構造解析技術(CATIA/ANSYSなど)・測定技術(3D測定器)
