The Role
As an Account Management Partner, you will drive proactive account growth, develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies, and ensure the successful growth and retention of our most valuable accounts.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain deep customer connections and trusted relationships with top-level executives.
- Drive account growth through sales of new offerings and minimizing erosion in renewals.
- Collaborate with other sales team members to ensure seamless account management.
- Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts and generate new opportunities.
- Provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a leader in the market.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and integrity.
What You Bring
- 5+ years experience running account P&L.
- Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
- 5 years of experience managing sales process end-to-end.
- Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks.
- An open-minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers.
- Sales experience in technical solutions.

Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per year
