The Role

As an Account Management Partner, you will drive proactive account growth, develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies, and ensure the successful growth and retention of our most valuable accounts.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain deep customer connections and trusted relationships with top-level executives.
  • Drive account growth through sales of new offerings and minimizing erosion in renewals.
  • Collaborate with other sales team members to ensure seamless account management.
  • Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts and generate new opportunities.
  • Provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a leader in the market.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and integrity.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years experience running account P&L.
  • Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
  • 5 years of experience managing sales process end-to-end.
  • Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks.
  • An open-minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers.
  • Sales experience in technical solutions.

Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per year
