OSMICトマトは、糖度が8~13とトマトの
常識を超えた驚きの甘さです。
糖度別に分けて商品として販売しています。
※一般のトマトは糖度4~6、
フルーツトマトで8~9なので、
OSMICトマトの甘さが
ご理解いただけるかと思います。
中でも糖度11・12・13の高品質トマトは、
特別パッケージ「OSMIC FIRST」
ブランドとして提供しています。
高糖度のフルーツトマトは
わずか数%の収穫率のため、
その希少性の高さ、甘い美味しさが
高級ギフトとして選ばれています。

高糖度フルーツミニトマトや
フルーツトマトジュースの販売・接客・
店舗運営全般をお任せします。
あなたのご経験に合わせて業務を
お任せしていきます。
- 店頭での接客・販売
- 商品の品質管理
- 商品、資材の在庫管理・棚卸発注業務
- 売上拡大施策の企画と実施
- 店舗の売上管理
- 店舗スタッフの勤怠管理・労務管理
(シフト作成など)
- 採用業務
- スタッフ教育指導
- 出店する百貨店などとの窓口業務
- 新店、期間限定ショップのオープン準備

勤務時間詳細
実働時間:1日あたり8時間
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日
シフト制(実働8時間)
※繁忙期の残業は多くても月10時間~15時間程度です。

基本給:月給 25万円 〜 35万円
固定残業代:なし
