【募集背景】

当社は独自の「スマートオフィスコンセプト」を持っており、テクノロジー×デザインでワークプレイス・ワークスタイルの変革を進めています。今後イトーキが提供する商品においてもICT、AV機器など新たな商品が増えていく中で、さらなる業務スピードの向上・コスト削減・顧客ニーズに応じた柔軟な対応を可能にする体制を目指すべく組織強化を目的に増員募集を行います。

【業務内容】

工事に関する窓口業務、書類作成など事務仕事をお任せします。

【具体的な業務内容】

① 工事/営繕関連業務窓口

・施工協力会社(手配 ・調整・打合せ)

・工事/営繕注文書の発行~仕入検収処理までの業務処理

・サプライヤー様への訪問他、協力体制の構築

・前工程(営業、エンジ部門)との調整

・建設業法を中心として法規制遵守の業務確認 等

② 工事/営繕関連業務の書類作成

・取引状況の確認等、各種報告資料作成

・QMS活動を中心としたサプライヤ様との各種エビデンス

・業務フローの更新、整備 等

【必須(MUST)】

・工事関連事務の実務経験

・建設業法の知識

【歓迎(WANT)】

・社内外とのコミュニケーションが円滑に取れる方

・教育管理、安全指導の経験がある方

・相手を敬い、正確に早く円滑に仕事をすることを心がけている方

・ポジティブな思考をお持ちの方
