仕事内容:
This position involves English coaching for students ranging from upper elementary to junior high school.
You will be responsible for small group classes of approximately 5–8 students.
Each student works toward their own individual goals, so you will support them one by one by checking their progress and providing personalized guidance.
The basic coaching style includes:
- Answering students' questions
- Providing individual support during class
- Facilitating group discussions with the entire class
In addition, you may be asked to teach EIKEN preparation classes.

勤務時間・曜日:
Shifts will be scheduled within the following hours:
Monday–Friday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Your weekly schedule will be fixed by day and time.
Shifts will be decided through discussion based on your availability and preferences.
You can work from 3.5 hours per day.
休暇・休日:
You will be off on days when you are not scheduled to work.
The school is closed on Sundays and national holidays, so these days will always be days off.
New Year's holiday is also provided.

給与:
Transportation allowance provided (up to ¥15,000 per month).
Hourly wage will be determined based on experience and ability.
