仕事内容:

<最新設備で「ものづくり」を支える>

農業用トラクターやコンバインを作るための「生産設備」をメンテナンスするお仕事です。設備がいつも正常に動くように点検したり、部品を交換したりするメンテナンスを行います。

具体的な作業内容

  • 機械や設備を定期的にチェックし、「音」や「動き」を確認します。
  • 使用頻度の高い部品や壊れやすい部品を交換して整備します。
  • もし故障やトラブルが発生した場合は、すぐに修理をして生産が止まらないよう対応します。
  • 生産設備が壊れないようにするため、計画的な定期点検スケジュールを立てたり、故障の原因を調べて防ぐ対策を考えます。

未経験でも安心

  • 機械や設備について基礎からしっかり教えてもらえるので、専門知識がなくても始められます。
  • 点検や整備の作業は、経験を積みながら少しずつ覚えていきます

最初だけではなく、継続して学びの場があるので常に新しい知識を取り入れることもできます

業界未経験が前提の増員のため前職はパティシエやスポーツインストラクターなど、まったくの接点なしから開始した方がほとんどです

<スキルが身につく>

資格取得にかかる費用や、有料研修の費用などは会社が負担。認定資格は上限なく取得することができ、CAD利用技術者、電気工事士、機械保全…など様々な資格が取得可能です。

Q未経験でも本当に大丈夫?

現在はプラントのパーツ設計を手がけており、特に設計を行うための資料作成、図面 の修正などを担当しています。研修で着実に学ぶことができ、未経験から目標としていた機械設計者になるための入口に立てました

Q仕事のおもしろさはなんですか?

設計未経験ですが、周りのサポートもあり、徐々にできることが増えてきました。業務を始めて4ヶ月、いよいよイチから図面を任せていただけそうです。不安は多少ありますが、新しいチャレンジにワクワクしています

Qお休みは取れますか?

前職では時間外労働が毎日4時間以上、休みも月4日~5日という環境で…。今は、残業は月に10~20時間程度で休みもしっかり取れています。今では外出したり、家で好きなことをしたりと環境が180度変わりました

Q研修はありますか?

今はエンジニアになるための研修を受けています。内容は数学、機械図面の読解や書き方、Excel、電気基礎などを学んでいます。前職は製造業でしたが、ここで機械電気の基礎を知ることで視野も可能性が広がりました。

Qどんな働き方ができますか?

研修中は残業はありません。7月から配属になるので残業は発生しますが、それでも月 20~30時間と聞いており、前職と比べると半分以下になりそうです。前職ではできなかった趣味を研修を終えても継続できそうです

Q新しい仲間に期待することはなんですか?

研修では講師との距離がとても近いです。みんなが未経験ですので、わからないことがあっても恥ずかしいと思う必要はありません。焦らず、肩の力を抜いて、新しい知識を覚えたいという気持ちだけ持ってきてください
