既存ご利用者さま専任|営業活動は一切ありません

新規開拓・飛び込み・テレアポなどの営業活動はありません。

すでにお付き合いのある顔なじみのご利用者さま宅を定期的に訪問し、状況確認やサポートを行うお仕事です。

売上目標や営業ノルマで評価されることはなく、

「丁寧な対応」「継続的なフォロー」が評価軸。

数字に追われるプレッシャーなく、落ち着いて働けます。

■土日祝休み/実働7時間(9:00〜17:00)|残業ほぼなし勤務時間は9:00〜17:00(実働7時間)※月1回程度、土曜当番あり (平日に振替休日取得)

業務は日中で完結する体制のため、残業はほとんどありません。

休日や業務時間外に連絡が入ることもなく、定時で帰ることが前提の職場なので、家庭やプライベートの予定も立てやすい環境です。

【仕事内容】

当社の福祉用具レンタルをすでに利用中の方のご自宅を定期的に訪問し、簡単な点検と相談対応を行うお仕事です。

社有車で訪問し、福祉用具の使い方やお身体の状態を確認しながら、ご利用者様が安心して使い続けていただけるようサポートします(直行直帰可)。

【具体的には】

●既存ご利用者さま宅への定期訪問(1日あたり約5件/社有車使用・直行直帰可)

●ご利用者さまやご家族から、現在利用している福祉用具に関するお困りごとのヒアリング

●体調や生活状況の変化をお伺いし、「今の福祉用具が合っているか」「高さや位置に無理がないか」などを一緒に確認

●車いすのブレーキや空気圧、介護ベッドのネジの緩みなどの点検と、その場でできる簡単な調整

●必要に応じた福祉用具のお届け・回収

●訪問内容やご利用状況の記録(所定フォーマットへの入力)

※訪問先はすべて「既に当社とレンタル契約のあるご利用者さま」であり、新規のお客様に向けた外回り営業や、ノルマ等はありません。

【給与】

月給190,000円〜280,000円

(基本給180,000〜220,000円+能力給10,000〜60,000円)

給与:

月給 ¥190,000 〜 ¥280,000
