・勤務地:東京都葛飾区東新小岩 現場は東京23区を中心に千葉・神奈川・埼玉)

・給与:月給25万円~35万円

・勤務形態:8時30分~17時30分(実働8時間)

【募集ポジション】

消防設備点検・保全スタッフ

【主な業務内容】

・消火器、火災感知器、避難器具、誘導灯、防火設備などの故障・作動確認

・専用工具を使用した動作状況の確認

・目視による傷や凹み、劣化状況の検査

・不具合箇所の改修作業

・点検・工事のスケジュール管理

【業務の特徴】

・1日1~2件を2~4名のチームで対応

・小規模施設なら半日で完了、大規模施設は1週間程度

・未経験者向けに入社後は先輩に同行してサポート業務から学習

・2~3年かけてスキルを段階的に習得

・残業は月平均30時間程度(人によってはなし)、遅くても19時までに退社

勤務時間・曜日:

8:30-17:30(実働8時間)

残業は多くても月30時間程度です。(人によってはない場合もあり)

遅くても19時までには会社を出られるよう、業務を進めています。

[入社後-1年/点検者見習い]

・月給250,000円-+緊急対応手当など

・不具合個所なども指摘でき、方向所や見積書を作成

[入社後3年以降/点検リーダー]

・月給280,000円-300,000円

・点検管理・監督を務める現場の責任者現場でのイレギュラーにも対応

(サブリーダーやリーダーを目指せる頃には、役職手当は1万円~2万円プラス)

その後・・・

[工事担当者(軽微工事~中規模工事の責任者)]

・月給300,000円~350,000円

[管理職(マネージャー・部長)]

・月給350,000円~400,000円

[大規模工事の責任者・防災コンサルタント]

・月給400,000円以上

〈国家資格/消防設備士について〉

消防設備士は、法律で定められている国家資格で、種類は計8個あります。

消防設備の点検・整備のほか設置・交換作業など、持っている資格によってできる作業が変わります。

多くの資格を取得すれば、業務の幅を広げることも可能です。
