【職務概要】

営業職として主に大手建機メーカー等の大手顧客企業の工場担当者向けに、油圧ホース等のゴム成型品、工業用品の提案活動を担っていただきます。

【職務詳細】

■誰に:主に大手建機メーカー等の大手顧客企業の工場担当者向け

■何を:「化学品」「樹脂」油圧ホース等のゴム成型品、工業用製品

■手法:既に取引のあるお客様への定期訪問が中心

【具体的には】

営業アシスタントとも連携しながら、仕入先であるメーカーの選定や価格交渉、メーカー担当者との納入打合せ含めて、提案営業活動全般を担っていただきます。

基本的には長年お付き合いのメーカーに対するルート営業が中心です。

【入社後は】

入社3か月は事務業務を通して社内の業務オペレーションや顧客/仕入先、取扱主要製品の状況をご理解いただきます。

その後、OJTを中心として営業担当と同行いただき、同社の営業担当による営業活動の進め方を見ていただきます。

ご担当いただく顧客との商談については個別に動いていただく形としていき、独立して活動頂きます。

・メーカーまたは商社での法人営業のご経験3年以上

・マネジメント経験

・普通自動車免許第一種

・ゴム、樹脂、プラスチック、金属等の商材のご経験

■携わるプロジェクト

工場の生産ラインの安定稼働や、製品の安定供給をサポートする社会的意義の大きな業務に携わることが出来ます。

また、優良顧客と長く深く付き合い信頼関係を構築することで、製造現場における様々な課題解決の相談を受け、連携する仕入先メーカーとも協議の上、顧客課題解決に資する成型品を共同開発し提供するケースもあります。

【給与】

年収:600万~800万程度

月給制:月額400000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年2回(6月・12月)※全社平均3か月分
