仕事内容


\業務拡大につき増員募集/スマートフォンサポートスタッフ(契約社員)

業務拡大に伴い、スマートフォンに関する各種サポート業務をお任せします。

主に iPhone・iPad の操作案内や、PCとの連携設定など、お客様の「困った」を解消するお仕事です。

  • 主なお仕事内容

  • スマートフォン(主にiPhone)の操作案内

基本的な操作方法から設定まで、お客様へ丁寧にサポートします。

  • 端末と連動したパソコン設定のサポート

初期設定やデータ移行などのサポートを行います。

  • iPhone/iPad の操作説明および問い合わせ対応

アプリの使い方、設定変更などの説明を行います。

  • 郵送手続きに関するデータ入力・内容チェック

必要書類の確認や郵送手続きに関するシステム入力など、簡単な事務作業を含みます。

  • その他付随する事務作業

書類整理、データ入力などのサポート業務。
