【期待する役割】

大手総合商社三井物産グループの「航空宇宙・防衛」の専門商社である同社で制度会計周りの業務をお任せ致します。将来的には管理職候補としてのご活躍を期待します。

【職務内容】

以下制度会計周りの業務をお任せ致します。

  • 制度会計領域における各種会計・税務業務の遂行

・決算業務、税務対応、監査対応などを含む

  • 社内外の関係者との連携を通じた業務推進

・契約・取引に関する会計的助言や経営層への報告支援

  • 業務プロセスの改善や内部統制の強化
  • 将来的には組織運営や人材育成を担い、部門戦略の策定に貢献

【働き方について】

転勤:基本なし

在宅勤務:週2日まで可能

フレックス:制度なしだが、時差出勤は可能
