職務詳細

【自然エンジニアリングについて】

自然電力グループの再エネプラントのEPCを担う会社です。

【財務チームの役割】

再エネの開発及び建設工事に関してファイナンス面でプロジェクトチームをサポートしつつ、会社の業績見通しを高いレベルで報告するため、当社の予算管理業務全般を担っています。

【期待する役割】

入社後はジュニアコントローラーとしてプロジェクトの予算管理業務をお任せしていきます。(プロジェクトは2件ほど担当頂く予定です。)

【職務内容】

  • 再エネの開発及び建設工事に関する予算収支管理台帳のメンテナンス(プロジェクトマスタ管理、注文書/請求書/支払情報の台帳への反映、月次決算対応等)

  • 請求書発行、支払処理(社内関係者とのやり取り、外注先対応、システム登録

  • 為替予約等に関する管理、全社資金管理台帳のメンテナンス(情報入力、システムへの登録等)

  • 各種ステークホルダーへの報告業務のサポート

  • 他、予算管理部業務に付随する各種サポート

部長およびメンター社員がフォローいただけます。

切羽詰まっているわけではなく段階的に習熟度を高めていただければ良い状況です。

<経験・スキル>

【必須要件】

  • 経理実務経験(2年以上)
  • 日本語:ネイティブレベル
  • エクセルやスプレッドシートの使用ができる方

【雇用形態:契約社員について】

原則、1〜2年の有期契約からのスタートになります。(更新可能・実績多数)

※5年勤続で「無期雇用契約」への転換も可能です。

【歓迎要件】

  • ファイナンス分野の学位、企業でのインターン経験
  • 建設業にて経理士の実務経験
  • 商社やEPCでの資金担当・財務担当経験
  • 日商簿記2級

<語学>

  • 英語:読み書きレベル歓迎
