職務内容

【募集背景】

事業開発部では、当社のテスト業務を支え、また、高度化させるために、テスト管理ツール「QuaityForward」や、AIを組み込んだテスト分析・設計支援ツールなどを内製開発している。これらの内製ツール群の品質向上業務をリードする人材を求める。

【業務内容】

・開発・運用しているツールの品質保証戦略・テスト戦略(自動テストを含む)立案

・戦略にもとづき、自身で、もしくは同僚、パートナーメンバーと連携し、実際のテスト・品質保証の実施・推進

・実際の運用状況にもとづいた、定期的な戦略の見直しと改善

【組織構成】

・全体統括マネージャー:1名

・プロダクトの企画・メンバー:3名

・DevOpsは基本的に外部委託

・QA系メンバー:社員1名、パートナー2名

応募資格

【必須】

・3年以上のソフトウェア・システムのテスト業務経験

・半年以上のソフトウェア・システムのテスト戦略立案、もしくは、テスト計画業務経験

【歓迎】

・JSTQB FL・AL資格

・プロジェクトマネージャー経験

・クラウド・SaaSプロダクトの開発・テスト経験

待遇

  • 想定年収:468万~721万円

  • 想定月給:216,000~332,520円

  • 賃金形態:月給制

  • 通勤手当:会社規定に基づき支給

  • 残業手当:有

  • 試用期間:有(3ヶ月)

  • 賞与:年2回 2024年度実績:5.8ヶ月(夏季:3.0ヶ月、冬季:2.8ヶ月 夏冬合計月数)

※算定期間途中で入社の場合も初回の賞与については期間按分せず、半期分を満額支給(標準評価3zにて支給 )
