- Must have complete fluency in Japanese at business level to work with our domestic clients

What you'll be doing:
- You'll receive full training and support on your sales development pathway
- Proactively sourcing candidates and managing your processes
- Seeking out and building relationships with new and existing clients to identify new roles
- Manage the end to end recruitment process - arranging interviews, salary negotiation and closing
- Working towards targets to keep you on track and help you improve
- Become an expert in one of our technology markets
