Must have complete fluency in Japanese at business level to work with our domestic clients

What you'll be doing:
You'll receive full training and support on your sales development pathway
Proactively sourcing candidates and managing your processes
Seeking out and building relationships with new and existing clients to identify new roles
Manage the end to end recruitment process - arranging interviews, salary negotiation and closing
Working towards targets to keep you on track and help you improve
Become an expert in one of our technology markets
