Purpose of the Position:
• Lead the launch of new programs ensuring system readiness and operational alignment
• Act as a bridge between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
Accountabilities
- Lead the implementation and deployment of program and operation enhancement towards omni-channel consumer engagement, collaborating with all cross-functional stakeholders (Consumer Experience, Channel, Commercial Enablement, Digital, IT and other concerned parties)
- Conduct PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles for continuous system and operational improvements, working closely with Governance team and channel teams
Requirements
- Degree or postgraduate qualification
- Native-level Japanese and fluent English (verbal, written, presentation)
- 5+ years of experience in commercial operations
- Strong expertise in process design and management
- Proven track record in leading projects and project management
- Solid business understanding (commercial and operational)
- Leadership and influencing skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to collaborate across teams and enable cross-functional alignment
- Strong problem-solving and learning agility
- Knowledge of commercial compliance and system workflows
