  • 開催概要

日程:2025年12月~2026年9月の指定日(3日間)

ご希望の日程に合わせます

場所:株式会社松原組 本社(広島県福山市)

※3日間じっくり向き合うことで、会社の「素顔」が見えてきます。

  • 実施プログラム:見て、触れて、知る3日間

〇 所要時間:3日間(各日 9:00~16:00頃を予定)

〇 内容:

Day1:プロの技を体験現場実習

・実際に施工中の現場へGo

・【測量体験】:専用機器を使って、ミリ単位の精度に挑戦。

・文系の方も「意外と面白い」とハマる瞬間です。

・先輩社員の働き方を間近で観察できます。

Day1:経営者ワークで社長体験

・経営者の視点で戦略を考えるゲーム。

・実際に社員が行っている研修を体験してもらいます。

・ゲームを通して会社の経営を学べます。

Day3:会社を知る・自分を知る

・「働きやすさ」「収入」「キャリア」などについての本音トーク。

・就活に役立つアドバイスを個別に提供します。

・3日間を通してのフィードバックを行います。
