【毎月7日間対応の長期スタッフを大募集】

勤務期間は毎月前半の7日間のみ

【3月の出勤日】3/2(月)、3/3(火)、3/4(水)、3/5(木)、3/6(金)、3/9(月)、3/10(火)

※翌月以降のシフト表は、前月お渡しします

  • お仕事内容

【郵政グループで使用する備品(机やプリンター等)の購入・廃棄物の処理・清掃に関する事務業務】

①月初に到着する書類(請求書など)の開封・チェック・仕分け

②請求書を元に書類作成・突合

③必要情報の入力・チェック(Excel・専用システムを使用)

④支払処理完了後の対応(書類チェック・整理)

⑤電話対応(郵便局・取引先からの問合せ対応)

⑥その他、付随する軽作業など

2026年3月2日~長期

【勤務体制】

※シフト勤務となります

※毎月1日~15日のうち、7日間のみの勤務

※1年更新制前提のお仕事です。

初回契約は4ヵ月程度。以降は両者同意のうえ、4ヵ月~1年の原則更新制。

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1200円

給与は月末締めの翌月24日の支払いです

通勤費は規程支給

月収例

6万7,200円【時給1,200円×8時間×7日間勤務の場合】

※別途交通費支給(規程あり)

※適用されない社会保険がある理由:雇用日数が不足しているため、雇用保険への加入はありません。

【福利厚生】

・有給休暇(規程有):入社6ヵ月後勤務実績条件クリアで3日付与(その後年1回ずつ勤続年数に応じた日数を付与いたします)

・交通費規程支給(日額上限:2,600円)

・ロッカー・休憩室あり

休憩室は広々としており、見晴らしバツグンの13Fにあります。
