【仕事内容】
セールスとして以下の業務をお任せいたします。
Phenix、1piu1uguale3 relaxのメンズブランドウェアを中心に、PAUL&JOE、MARY QUANTのランドセルの営業をして頂きます。(販売先:百貨店、セレクトショップ、量販店 等)
具体的には:
・年2〜4回行われる展示会での営業活動(既存/新規)
→Phenix、PAUL&JOE、MARY QUANT、1piu1uguale3 relaxやキャラクター等の自社保有ブランド中心
・企画部署と連動した商品企画・デザイン・別注商品の提案や新規企画立案。
※新たなブランド、コンテンツなどを獲得し自由度高く営業提案が可能です。

【応募資格】
【必須要件】いずれか必須
・アパレルや雑貨の卸営業経験(目安:3年以上)
・ショールーム営業経験
・セールスエージェントでの営業経験

【勤務時間】フレックスタイム制(1日の標準労働時間8時間・休憩1時間)
コアタイム10:00〜17:00
フレキシブルタイム06:00〜10:00/17:00〜22:00
時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均15時間〜30時間
10:00〜19:00の時間帯で勤務する社員が多いです。
【給与】
500万円〜700万円
月給制 基本給220000円〜想定年収は変動する可能性があります。
上記基本給に加え固定残業代(月40時間分として68800円以上)支給。固定残業時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は別途追加支給。
