You'll play a pivotal role in securing the best deals, negotiating competitive rates, and building trusted relationships with our local suppliers. You'll collaborate with the Sales & Operations teams, gather trip insights and manage our contracts and supplier records, ultimately ensuring accurate information for itinerary creations.
By leading the Contracting team, you'll provide training to support continuous improvement and clear communication. You'll also work closely with our Global Contracting team to implement procurement and pricing practices within our Japan Country Office.

This is a full-time permanent position, where you will work in our office in Osaka, Japan. To provide the best experience for our people, this role would operate in our office with the opportunity to work from home on occasion.
Some of the essential experience you'll bring may include:
- Experience in procurement, contracting, negotiation, and product development.
- Previous work experience in a travel agency/ tourism supplier with great knowledge of Japan trip operations.
- Strong knowledge of local products, suppliers, destinations, and the travel industry.
- Proven experience with travel-related systems and MS Office applications.
- Excellent pricing, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English and Japanese
- Passionate about leading and developing a talented team
