[募集ポジション]

この度、Deeptech(科学・工学に基づく先端技術)領域におけるイノベーション支援担当者/マネージャーを募集します。本ポジションは顧客である大手企業パートナーのニーズや課題感に基づく施策の立案や実行支援を提供します。またアクセラレータープログラムに採択された国内外のスタートアップに対する各種支援やデモデイの企画・運営も行います。

Deeptech Programについて:

[業務内容]

・大手企業パートナーのイノベーション戦略の策定支援/実行支援

・大手企業パートナーのニーズに基づく国内外スタートアップのソーシングと目利き

・アクセラレータープログラムの採択スタートアップへの伴走支援

・業界トレンドや最先端技術の調査、インサイト抽出、発信

・デモデイ等、各種イベントやワークショップの企画と運営

・エコシステムの発展に資するコミュニティ活動

・新規企業パートナーの営業活動(Sr. Managerの場合)

・その他 ad-hocプロジェクト(自由提案も歓迎)

[必須要件]

・日本語と英語ビジネスレベル上級以上

・大卒以上

[歓迎要件]

・スタートアップでの実務経験もしくは一緒に仕事をした経験

・コンサルティング経験(2年以上)

・理工学領域の修士/博士課程の学位

・エンジニアまたはR&D領域の実務経験や専門知識

・大手企業での新規事業立ち上げ経験

・プロジェクトマネジメント経験

・海外経験

[想定年収]

・Sr. Manager: 1,000~1,500万円

・Manager: 800~1,200万円

・Sr. Associate: 600~900万円

・Associate: ~750万円

*給与構成:Base + Bonus

就業時間:8:30~17:30(休憩1時間)

勤務形態:ハイブリッド(リモートワーク可、週3日オフィス出社)
