\マンガ出版を進化させる事業企画職/

Webtoonレーベルを展開するソラジマで、

編集部全体の業務効率化と仕組み化、

事業管理を担うポジションを募集します。

【具体的な業務内容】

■制作管理体制の構築(Biz Ops)

・制作進行の可視化とKPI設計

・進捗管理フローの整備と運用支援

・ツール導入と改善(Notionなど)

・法務・経理部門との調整窓口も担当

■編集者の育成と仕組み化(Enablement)

・オンボーディングプログラムの設計

・制作マニュアルの策定と改善

・編集長やジュニア層の育成制度設計

■事業企画・経営支援

・編集部の予算策定・原価管理

・配置最適化・採用計画の策定

・経営層への数値レポート・施策提案

<必須要件>

・エンタメコンテンツ(アニメ・漫画・ゲーム)がとても好きな方で、下記のご経験・知識をお持ちの方

・高いコミュニケーション能力を持つ方(自ら情報取りに行き、ボトルネック把握や施策立案に向けて奔走することが求められます)

・事業管理/経営企画/営業事務/business Opsなど、数字管理を伴う職種での実務経験

・ベンチャーマインドを有し、自ら意思決定して複雑な業務プロセスを整理し、仕組み化・マニュアル化する能力

<歓迎要件>

・エンタメ業界での就業経験「・ExcelまたはGoogleスプレッドシートでマクロやVBAを用いたデータ分析・管理経験

・英語力(海外パートナーとのやり取りを見据えて)

・チームマネジメント経験(リーダーポジション希望の場合)

勤務時間・曜日:

フレックスタイム制

勤務体系:ハイブリット勤務

月火金:11時~18時30分 ※社員出社義務日

それ以外はリモートワーク

休暇・休日:

完全週休二日制(土日)

年末年始休日・慶弔休暇・産休育休制度あり

ソラジマ独自休暇(FR休暇):

法定有給休暇+国民の休日(祝日)に相当する日数を有給休暇として追加付与 ※土曜日にかかる祝日も含む

勤務地:

東京都港区芝浦1丁目12−3 Daiwa芝浦ビル 2階

※柔軟に働きやすいようにリモートメインの働き方も受け入れています。

給与:

年収 400万円 〜 700万円

※現年収や面接での評価により応相談

※上記はあくまで目安年収となります

※全ポジション契約社員スタートです。4か月間を試用期間として正社員化を判断

※条件は正社員と変更なし
